1. Free first month
Every new account gets its first month free. No card or payment details are needed for it, so nothing is charged during this month.
2. Subscription and cancellation
After the free month the price is 15 euro per month for the whole account, with any number of staff. You can cancel at any time: stop paying, or write to info@aiklient.com. Cancellation stops the next payments; access stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
3. Refunds
Because you can try the service for a month for free, a payment for a month that has already started is not refunded if you stop using the service before that month ends.
We refund in full:
- payments taken by mistake — for example, a double charge or a charge after you cancelled;
- where the law gives you a right of withdrawal: if you are a private individual and do not use the service for business purposes, you may withdraw within 14 days of your first payment and get your money back.
To ask for a refund, write to info@aiklient.com within 14 days of the payment and include your account code (shown in the account) and the payment date. The money goes back to the payment method you used.
4. Payments through Paddle
Card payments may be processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles invoices, sales tax and refunds for them. For such orders refunds are issued through Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply.
