Telegram and WhatsApp booking bot

Clients book themselves while you work

AiKlient is an online booking service for salons and independent professionals: the bot takes bookings in Telegram and WhatsApp, shows only your free slots and reminds the client before the visit. You get a notification and confirm with one button. It also answers customer questions — prices, address, directions — by itself with AI, strictly from your data.

Why professionals lose clients without online booking

Chatting instead of working

Your hands are busy, the phone rings, five people ask “when are you free?”. You keep it on paper and in your head.

The client didn't show up

Forgot, mixed up the day, didn't warn you. An empty slot, lost time, and nobody to remind them.

Booking only during the day

Someone remembers you at eleven at night — and by morning they've changed their mind or gone elsewhere.

What booking through a bot gives you

46%of salon bookings are made outside opening hours — in the evening and before opening
24/7the bot takes bookings without you — even at night and on weekends
−30%no-shows on average when clients get automatic reminders

Averages from published research. Sources: Phorest, 2019 (opens in a new tab) · Hasvold & Wootton, 2011 (opens in a new tab)

Your clients are yours alone

The bot is yours, the client base is yours. Clients write to you directly, not to a shared marketplace with competitors next door. If you leave, you take every contact with you.

A free business page with online booking

Every professional gets a page at aiklient.com/s/your-name: photos of your work, services with prices, hours, address and a booking form right on the page. Google finds it, clients book without calling.

  • Built from blocks in 10 minutes, no designer needed
  • Bookings from the page, Telegram and WhatsApp land in one calendar
  • Embed code for your own site, Tilda or an Instagram landing page
  • Visible in Google: name, services, prices, hours
  • Six ready themes, your own colours, fonts and logo — no two pages look alike
  • “Open until 18:00” badge from your schedule, hours and contacts side by side

Who online booking through a bot is for

And dozens of other fields that work by appointment: if you schedule meetings, the bot fits.

How online booking for nail techs works

Five minutes to set up, then the bot runs on its own.

  1. Tell us about your work

Services, how long they take, what they cost and when you work. Three screens, no settings.

  2. Get your own bot

The bot is created in a minute and named however you like. With it come a link and a QR code for the mirror or the counter.

  3. Clients book themselves

They pick a service, day and time with buttons, and see only your free slots — no double bookings.

  4. You confirm with one button

A notification tells you who, what and when. Doesn't suit — reschedule, and the client is told automatically.

  5. Bookings land in your Google Calendar

Connect Google Calendar with one button: bookings appear in it by themselves, next to your other plans. And the bot won't offer clients the times when you're busy. iPhone and Outlook work by link.

  6. Answers questions with AI

“How much?”, “where are you?”, “Saturday ok?” — the bot replies itself, strictly from your services, prices and hours. Off-topic requests get a polite no.

  7. The bot sends reminders

A day before and a couple of hours before. If plans change, the client cancels right in the chat and picks a new time. Turn it on in reminder settings and three hours after the visit the bot asks for a review — a link to Google, Facebook or a reply right in the chat.

  8. And brings clients back

Turn it on in reminders and a month or two later the bot writes: time to book again. That brings back the ones who simply forgot.

FAQ: booking clients through Telegram and WhatsApp

Do I need my own website?

No. In 10 minutes you build a free page in your account at aiklient.com/s/your-name with photos, services, prices and a booking form. Already have a site? Embed the booking form with one line of code.

Does the bot really answer questions by itself?

Yes. A customer writes in free text and the bot answers with AI — but only from your data: services, prices, hours, address, description. What it doesn't know, it admits and suggests asking you. Unrelated requests (code, essays, politics) are declined.

Can I customise the design of the business page?

Yes. In your account you pick one of six themes, your own button and background colours, heading font, corner shape and width, upload a logo and place it left, centre or right. Blocks — photos, services, booking, hours, contacts — can be toggled and reordered freely.

How does the page get into Google?

The page is served as plain, fast HTML with LocalBusiness markup: name, services, prices, hours and address. We notify search engines about new pages ourselves; they usually appear in results within a few days.

How much does it cost?

€15 a month, everything included. First month free.

Do I need a card for the free month?

No.

Do you take a cut of payments?

No. Clients pay you directly, through your own payment provider. We only receive the €15 monthly subscription.

Whose clients are in the database?

Yours. You can take the contacts any time.

Where do clients book?

Telegram and WhatsApp.

Can client bookings go to Google Calendar?

Yes, both ways. Connect Google Calendar in your account: bookings appear right away in a separate “AiKlient” calendar, and the bot won't offer clients the times when you're busy in your own calendar. We only see “busy”, not what your plans are. iPhone and Outlook calendars connect by link.

Can I have several staff?

Yes, as many as you like, each with their own schedule.

Which languages are supported?

English, Russian, Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Kazakh.

Is it hard to set up?

Five minutes. Or fill in a short form and we'll set it up for you.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. You can stop any time.

Anna is no longer on phone duty

Try a month — you risk nothing

Setup takes five minutes. If it doesn't fit, simply don't renew — we won't ask for a card or a contract.
