How to make a Telegram link
Enter your Telegram username. You'll find it in the app under Settings → Username.
No username? Create one in the same place, or pick your country and enter your phone number. A link with your number opens a chat only if Telegram lets people find you by your number: Settings → Privacy and Security → Phone Number.
Write the first message for your client, for example “Hi! I'd like to book a manicure”. That way you'll know right away why they're writing.
Copy the link or download the QR code and put them wherever clients look for you.
Where to put the link and QR code
- In your Instagram bio, in the Links field.
- In your Google Business Profile, where your website and social media links go.
- On your website or in your Linktree, as a “Message us on Telegram” button. Your Telegram channel description works too.
- The QR code on the counter, the mirror, your business card or price list: clients can book while they wait.

Frequently asked questions
What is a t.me link?
It's Telegram's own short link: t.me/ followed by a username, or t.me/+ followed by a phone number with the country code. It opens a chat with you, and your text is already in the message field, so the client just has to send it.
Is it free?
Yes. The generator is free, with no sign-up and no limits. The link and QR code work without us: they go straight to Telegram.
Can you see my username or number?
No. The link and QR code are created in your browser; your username, number and text are never sent to our server.
Can I change the text later?
The text is part of the link and the QR code. To change it, make a new link and replace the old one. A QR code you've already printed will keep opening the chat with the old text. And if you change your Telegram username, the old link and QR code will no longer lead to you.
What if the client doesn't have Telegram?
A Telegram page opens and offers to install the app.
How is this different from a bot?
