DIKIDI vs YCLIENTS vs AiKlient: which booking app to choose in 2026
DIKIDI vs YCLIENTS: which one is right depends on what you need day to day. DIKIDI suits you if you want a free plan and a marketplace where clients find pros. YCLIENTS and Altegio, which grew out of it, are made for salons with a receptionist, inventory and payroll. AiKlient is for beauty pros and small salons who want clients to book by themselves: right in WhatsApp and Telegram, on a free business page or on an existing website, with no apps and no sign-up.
Independent pros and small salons usually need simple booking, reminders and quick replies to clients. AiKlient has all of that, plus a free business page with booking that shows up in Google, and Google Calendar sync. Inventory, POS and payroll are big-salon jobs, and if you don’t need them, there’s no reason to pay for them.
Competitor prices come from their official websites as of 21 October 2026, and all amounts are per month. Tenge (₸) amounts are converted to euros at the National Bank of Kazakhstan rate (opens in a new tab) for the same date: ₸505.04 per euro.
What makes AiKlient different
AiKlient is a Telegram and WhatsApp booking bot for beauty pros and salons.
- Booking right in WhatsApp and Telegram. Clients choose the service, staff member, day and time in the messenger they already use to chat with you. No app to install, no sign-up, no password to come up with. The bot offers free slots, so you never get two clients in the same slot.
- A business page and booking on your website. A free page at aiklient.com/s/your-name with photos of your work, services with prices, hours, address and booking right on the page. You can add the link to Instagram, Google and 2GIS. If you already have a website or an Instagram landing page, the booking form goes on it with one line of code, including Tilda and WordPress sites. Bookings from your site, Telegram and WhatsApp land in one calendar, which syncs with Google Calendar both ways.
- AI answers questions 24/7. “How much is it?”, “Where are you?”, “Are you open on Saturday?” The bot replies straight away, day or night, using your own data: services, prices, address and hours. If it doesn’t know the answer, it doesn’t make one up but suggests asking you instead.
- Reminders and “time to book again”. The bot messages clients the evening before and a couple of hours before the visit, and clients can cancel on their own, right in the chat. You can also have the bot ask for a review after the visit and, a few weeks later, invite the client to book again. You don’t need to pay for SMS.
- One price for the whole salon. €15 a month (≈ ₸7,600), with as many staff as you like, each on their own schedule. Every feature is included: a client database, PDF invoices, a QR code for your front desk, support and updates.
- Your clients stay yours. There’s no shared marketplace listing your competitors next to you: clients message you directly. You can take your contacts with you at any time.
- 9 languages. The bot, the business page and the dashboard work in English, Russian, Latvian, Kazakh, Lithuanian, Estonian, German, Swedish and Norwegian, so clients can write in their own language.
- First month free. Full access, no card and no contract. We don’t take a cut of payments: you connect your own payment provider, and clients pay you directly.
You connect WhatsApp in your dashboard under “Bot → WhatsApp”, and there’s nothing extra to pay for messages.

You can see what it looks like for clients in the demo bot on Telegram (opens in a new tab) or on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) and on a nail tech’s demo business page (opens in a new tab). Our Telegram booking bot guide shows how to connect the bot in five minutes.

- Reminders: free push notifications in the DIKIDI Online app, if the client has installed it. Each SMS is charged, and the WhatsApp and Telegram channels are paid too.
- Best for: pros who want a free plan and a marketplace listing, and whose clients are happy to install an app. If you’d rather clients book without an app, take a look at AiKlient: booking right in WhatsApp and Telegram, reminders and “time to book again”, round-the-clock AI answers for clients and a business page with booking.
YCLIENTS
- What it is: a system for salons and chains: online booking, POS, inventory, payroll and loyalty programmes.
- Price: yclients.ru lists prices in roubles and describes payment methods for companies from Russia and Belarus. The site has no prices for Latvia or Kazakhstan, so check with YCLIENTS whether you can sign up. There’s no free plan; the free trial lasts 7 days.
- How clients book: through a booking form, via a link or on a website, and in the YPLACES app.
- Reminders: free through the YPLACES app, the MAX messenger, VK and email. SMS and chatbots in other messengers are connected through partners and paid for separately.
- Best for: a large salon or chain in Russia or Belarus that needs a POS and inventory. If you don’t need inventory or a POS, AiKlient’s single price for the whole salon covers booking in messengers, a client database, PDF invoices, staff at no extra cost and a booking form for your website.
Altegio
- What it is: a system for salons and chains, often called the international YCLIENTS. It was launched in 2022 on the YCLIENTS codebase, and according to Altegio, it’s now a separate company with servers in Germany and an office in Astana.
- Price: no free plan; the free trial lasts 7 days. For up to 2 staff, it’s €29.99 a month in eurozone countries (excluding VAT) and ₸7,000 (≈ €13.90) in Kazakhstan. Paying for a year is cheaper: €17.14 a month in eurozone countries and ₸4,000 (≈ €7.90) in Kazakhstan. The price rises with the number of staff: €74.99 a month for five.
- How clients book: through a booking widget on a website or via a link. AI receptionists from Altegio’s partners can answer clients and take bookings in WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram; they’re connected separately.
- Reminders: free by email and as push notifications in the Altegio.me app. SMS and WhatsApp are paid per message.
- Best for: a salon in Europe or Kazakhstan with a receptionist, inventory and payroll. If you don’t need inventory or payroll, AiKlient gives you booking in WhatsApp and Telegram, AI answers, reminders, Google Calendar sync and a review request after the visit, and the price doesn’t depend on how many staff you have.

A DIKIDI and YCLIENTS alternative for independent pros
If you’re looking for a DIKIDI alternative or a YCLIENTS alternative for yourself as an independent pro, or for a small salon, start with what you need every day:
- clients book themselves whenever it suits them, even at night;
- they don’t forget their appointment;
- they get answers about prices, address and opening hours, even when you’re busy.
AiKlient is built for exactly this. Clients book in WhatsApp or Telegram, which they already use, and AI answers their questions around the clock. For Instagram and Google, there’s a free business page with booking; a booking form goes on your website; and all bookings land in one calendar linked to Google Calendar. The bot reminds clients about their visit by itself, and you can also have it invite them back and ask for a review. Your client database and PDF invoices are always at hand.
Looking for a free YCLIENTS alternative? DIKIDI has a free-forever plan, but free reminders there only reach clients who have the DIKIDI Online app. You can try AiKlient for free: the first month comes with full access, no card and no contract. If it works for you, it’s then €15 a month for the whole salon (≈ ₸7,600).
Before you choose any booking app, ask three questions. How much do reminders cost if the client doesn’t have the service’s app? Does the price go up with the number of staff? Where do clients book: in a messenger, in an app or on a website?
If you still remind clients by hand, our 15 appointment reminder text templates will come in handy.

Which is better, DIKIDI or YCLIENTS?
For a pro in Latvia or Kazakhstan, the choice is usually between DIKIDI and Altegio, because YCLIENTS lists prices and payment methods only for Russia and Belarus. Pick DIKIDI if you want a free plan and a marketplace listing, and Altegio if you run a large salon with inventory and payroll. If you want clients to book themselves in WhatsApp and Telegram, with reminders and answers to their questions, take a look at AiKlient. It also gives you a free page with booking.
Is there a DIKIDI alternative without an app?
