Salon booking software in Latvia: 8 systems, prices and booking via WhatsApp and Telegram

We compared eight salon booking systems available in Latvia: AiKlient, Fresha, DIKIDI, Salonized, EasyWeek, Anolla, SumUp Bookings and Altegio. With most of them, clients book on the system’s website or in its app. With AiKlient, they book right in WhatsApp or Telegram, where they already message you: the bot offers free slots, reminds them about the visit and answers questions with AI. All of this costs €15 a month for the whole salon, and the first month is free, no card needed.

Below is a short overview of each system: what it costs in euros (with or without VAT, as stated on each system’s website on 21 October 2026), how clients book, which reminders are included in the price and who it suits. We start with what makes AiKlient different. AiKlient is our product, so we cover it in more detail; for the other systems, prices and terms come from their official pages.

What makes AiKlient different

AiKlient is a Telegram and WhatsApp booking bot for beauty pros and salons. Here’s what you get:

  • Booking right in WhatsApp and Telegram. Clients don’t need to install a separate app, sign up or come up with a password: they open the chat from a link and book right there. In Telegram they tap buttons; in WhatsApp they reply with a number from the list or simply type “book” or the name of a service. The bot takes service length, your hours and booked slots into account, so you’ll never have two clients booked for the same time. You can group services into categories such as “Manicure”, “Pedicure” and “Extras”. Creating your Telegram bot during setup takes about five minutes, and you connect WhatsApp in your dashboard under “Bot → WhatsApp”, with nothing extra to pay for messages.
  • AI answers clients around the clock. Questions like “How much is it?”, “Where are you?” and “Are you open on Saturday?” get a reply from the bot itself, based on your services, prices, hours and address. Clients can book at night and over the weekend too.
  • Reminders without SMS or extra fees. The evening before and 2, 3, 4 or 6 hours before the visit, the bot messages the client in the same chat, and after 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks it asks: “Book again?”
  • €15 a month for the whole salon. Add as many staff as you like, each with their own schedule; clients choose a specific person or anyone who’s free. We don’t take a cut of payments: you connect your own payment provider, and clients pay you directly.
  • A business page and booking on your website. A free page at aiklient.com/s/your-name with your services, prices and online booking shows up in Google. If you already have a website, you can add the booking form to it with a single line of code.
  • Two-way Google Calendar sync. Bookings appear in your calendar, and the bot won’t offer clients any time you’ve blocked there for personal plans.
  • 9 languages, including English, Latvian and Russian. Clients message the bot in their own language, and your dashboard works in all nine too.
  • Your clients stay yours. There’s no shared marketplace listing your competitors next to you: clients message your bot, and the client list belongs to you. Data is stored on a server in Latvia, in the EU, in line with GDPR.

People book when they have a spare minute: according to data Phorest collected from more than 5,000 salons, 46% of appointments are booked outside opening hours. If a client messages you on WhatsApp at 11 pm, the bot books them straight away instead of leaving them waiting until morning. Reminders help too: in a review of 29 studies on hospital appointments (Hasvold and Wootton, 2011), automated reminders cut the no-show rate by 29% on average. For a salon, treat that as a rough guide, not a promise.

How booking works with AiKlient

A client opens your bot from a link on Instagram, from your business page or by scanning the QR code next to your mirror, and taps “📝 Book”. The bot asks for a category and a service, then shows the available days and times, and finally asks for the client’s name and phone number. You get a notification in Telegram with “✅ Confirm” and “❌ Cancel” buttons, and once you confirm, the client gets a message and, later, reminders. WhatsApp works the same way: the client replies with a number from the list or simply types what they need, such as “book” or the name of a service. Bookings from Telegram, WhatsApp, your business page and your website all land in one calendar.

The Anna Nails demo bot in Telegram, in English: after “📝 Book” the bot asks “What are you interested in?” with the buttons “Manicure”, “Pedicure” and “Extras”. Once “Manicure” is chosen, it asks “Which service?” and lists Gel manicure (60 min, €30), Classic manicure (45 min, €22) and Extensions & correction (120 min, €55), with a button for each service showing its price and a “↩️ Back” button

The same booking in WhatsApp: categories and a list of services with prices — the client replies with a numberDays in two columns and available times three per row — again, the client replies with a number

What to ask before choosing a booking system

  1. How much will I pay per month for the whole team, including VAT and SMS?
  2. Where do clients book, and do they need to install anything?
  3. Which reminders are included in the price?
  4. Are Latvian and Russian available both in my dashboard and for my clients?
  5. Can I take my client list with me if I leave?

AiKlient’s answers: €15 a month for the whole salon; clients book in WhatsApp or Telegram and don’t install anything; reminders and the invitation to book again are included in the price; Latvian, Russian and 7 more languages, English among them, are available in both the bot and the dashboard; the client list belongs to you, and you can take your contacts with you at any time.

Which booking software to choose in Latvia

If you need stock control and product tracking, look at Salonized or Altegio; if online prepayments matter most, look at Fresha. Most pros and small salons in Latvia need something else: a way for clients to book on their own where they already message you and to get reminders and answers to their questions, without you paying per staff member or per message. That’s exactly what AiKlient is built for.

Book a slot as a client in the demo bot on Telegram (opens in a new tab) or on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) and have a look at the demo page of a nail tech (opens in a new tab). Our Telegram booking bot guide explains how to connect your own bot in about five minutes, and the price and what’s included are on the AiKlient home page. If it suits you, start free (opens in a new tab): no card needed for the first month.
